The hotel’ s really close to frankfurt am main hauptbahnhof, also we could easily access romerberg. We really enjoyed the food and stuff, no reason to complain. We had a balcony.

Good Guys served dishes within 600 feet off the hotel. Our room was comfortable and we will be back. Every place we wanted to visit including goethe house was easy walk to this property. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
All was perfect.

We felt that the hotel was a good value for the money, clean and close to shopping and the bus and train stations. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only negative thing we found about the location of the hotel was the proximity of several sex shops on the street which results in the presence of some unsavory characters. Also, the hotel breakfast, though quite good, we found to be expensive and preferred to go to the bakery on the corner.

The room was perfect and for that price excellent. I needed a hotel next to the train station, hence this was the perfect pic for that.
I needed a location next to the train station, so this was perfect. Unfortunately, any location next to the train station involves prostitutes near by and some noise at night. Didn´t bother me that much, though.

The receptionist is unfriendly, as other guests have mentioned that this hotel has problem with pre booking procedure, although we have the confirmation reference number, but the receptionist informed us that they did not received payment, as we were not in our own country, we could not check with the bank whether the hotel has deducted the payment, yet the receptionist was keep insulting asians and australians, seems like all asians and australians are not honest, we felt very embarassed. Although we booked the room for a night, but we were only checked in and need the room in the next morning 4 hours before check out time. The receptionist keep asking for cash and informed us the time difference in Germany, we had to check out in time. We think that the receptionist should change his attitude and settle problem in gentle way. We also hope that Booked.net will look into this serious matter and not to promote this hotel anymore.

Close to train station and shopping facilities (food, restaurants, pharmacy, walking distance to a lot of things)
Trashy, area. Poor red light area location.

The rooms here are calm and spacious, and the bathroom is quite nice. the comfy bed is a definite highlight. It's a nice touch to have an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware available. ❤️

Surroundings: Full of drug addicts and whores. Three of the 4 days the police had to come. Too noisy and disgusting to go out in the morning or arrive in the afternoon

The price was decent, but remeber, you really get what you pay for.
The hotel was in a bad part for town, right in the middle of all the porn shops, drug addicts and homeless people. Watched a grown woman in dirty clothes vomit right outside the hotel entrance in the middle of the afternoon. Constant crowd for dirty, intoxicated people right outside the door. not recomended for a family with children! Very small bathroom. Thin walls. Spend the extra 20 euro and find a better hotel! I went back and read the other reviews after my stay, all true! Read the reviews.
